Rewire Your Mind
Modern Hypnosis for Real, Lasting Change
Hypnosis isn't about giving up control; it's about getting it back. I use a modern, evidence-based approach that gently helps you shift the patterns your brain has been running on autopilot.
This isn't stage show hypnosis. It's a grounded, collaborative process that helps you work with the deeper part of your mind — the part quietly shaping your habits, emotions, and responses — and turn it into an active partner in change.
Change from the Inside Out
When you work with your unconscious mind rather than against it, transformation becomes possible. Together, we'll use simple yet powerful techniques to help you:
Calm anxiety and racing thoughts
Move through procrastination and fear
Ease chronic tension or pain
Overcome unwanted habits like smoking, nail biting, or emotional eating
Strengthen confidence and focus
Feel more freedom in your thoughts, emotions, and choices
This approach is practical and flexible. Whether you're working through a long-standing challenge or simply want to expand what's possible in daily life, I'll guide you in working with your mind as an ally, not an opponent.
Consent-Based. Client-Led. Built on Trust.
I'm certified in integrated, trauma-sensitive hypnosis methods that respect your experience and honor your unique perspective. You won't be told what to feel or pushed through a generic script.
Instead, we'll co-create each session using your language, your imagery (the mental pictures, metaphors, and feelings that naturally arise), and your specific goals. This collaborative approach builds the safety and trust that real change requires. You'll always remain in complete control while I support, guide, and help you tap into your own inner wisdom and resources.

As Carl Jung wrote, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Hypnosis gives you the tools to reclaim that direction from the inside out.
Frequently Asked Questions about Hypnosis
-
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness—similar to getting lost in a good book, absorbed in a movie, or in that peaceful zone just before sleep. In this relaxed, receptive state, your deeper mind becomes more open to positive suggestions that support the changes you want to make. It's not about mind control or entertainment tricks (unless that's your goal. No judgment!).
-
Most people find hypnosis deeply relaxing, like being in a focused daydream or a creative flow state. You’ll be aware the whole time while gently tuned into your inner world.
-
Not at all. You'll remain aware and in complete control throughout the entire session. You can talk, move, shift positions, or even open your eyes whenever you want. Hypnosis is a collaboration between us. Nothing happens without your conscious participation and permission.
-
Hypnosis can be effective for a wide range of concerns, including:
Reducing stress, anxiety, and racing thoughts
Breaking habits like smoking, nail-biting, or procrastination
Improving sleep quality and relaxation
Building confidence and self-esteem
Enhancing focus, creativity, or performance
Managing chronic pain or tension
Supporting healthy lifestyle changes around food, exercise, or self-care
Processing fears or phobias
If you're curious whether hypnosis might help with something specific you're dealing with, I'm happy to discuss it during our consultation.

Your first session runs about 75 minutes. We'll start by talking about your goals and any questions you have. Then I'll guide you into a comfortable hypnotic state. Think of it as a deeply relaxing conversation with your unconscious mind. You'll experience what hypnosis feels like while we begin working toward your goals.
Follow-up sessions (typically 50 minutes) are customized based on your progress, what's working, and what you'd like to explore next.
-
Every person and every goal is different. Some clients notice meaningful shifts after just 2-3 sessions, while others prefer ongoing support as they work toward bigger life changes. I typically recommend starting with 3-5 sessions to give the process time to take root, but we'll check in regularly about what feels right for your situation and budget.
-
Absolutely. Hypnosis is safe, gentle, and completely natural, with no medications or side effects involved. It simply works with your brain's existing ability to focus, imagine, and create positive change.
Important note: While hypnosis is wonderfully supportive, it's not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment. If you're currently working with other healthcare providers, I encourage you to let them know you're exploring hypnosis as a complementary approach.
-
Yes, if you're open to the experience! Hypnosis isn't about being gullible or weak-minded, it's about curiosity and willingness to try something new. If you can follow along with a guided meditation, get absorbed in a good story, or lose track of time doing something you enjoy, you can absolutely experience hypnosis.
The key ingredient is your motivation to create change, not any special ability.
-
Yes, all sessions are conducted via Zoom, which means you can experience hypnosis from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find this even more relaxing than traveling to an office. Just ensure you're in a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted or distracted for the duration of our session.
-
A common question! Both involve relaxation and inner focus, but hypnosis is much more targeted and personalized. While guided meditation offers general relaxation and mindfulness, hypnosis uses specific suggestions tailored to your unique goals to create lasting change.
Think of meditation as a lovely, peaceful walk, while hypnosis is more like having a GPS guiding you toward a specific destination.
